    Who Kaitlin is: 

    Kaitlin is a mom of three young children, soon to be four who enjoys leading other busy moms to a strong, healthy and fit motherhood journey. Kaitlin has years of experience in the fitness world, has run 3 full marathons, handfuls of half-marathons and countless 5K races. Her journey to creating these programs began when she was suffering herself from incontinence, low back pain and could not comfortably run after her first son. Kaitlin enjoys being a mom to her littles, living out in the country, spending time with family and many would describe her as a borderline hippy.
