Upcoming Online Boot Camp



I truly believe that anyone can be in great shape, no matter HOW busy their life is. Despite being a stay at home mom, pregnant with my 2nd, working 8 hours a week at a local school AND being an entrepreneur, I have found a way to be in the best shape of my life in as little as 30 minutes a day. My mission in life is to help and serve all women, mom's or non-mom's, find time to put herself FIRST and be confident in her body, because no matter what shape or size we ALL deserve to feel our very BEST.

My next round of on-line boot camps start on Monday June 6th. And if you are wondering what the heck all the hype is about please read below!

I have a few different options specific to keep everyone challenged and moving forward on their journey.

Boot Camp 101:

My Online Boot Camp 101 is designed for women who feel they have 10+ pounds of weight to lose AND for women looking to get back in shape, tone and firm. This will be a 30 day/4 week boot camp (Beginning July 5th) that will take place in a private group you can access via an app on your phone! Each day, I will provide you with encouragement to finish your 30 minute workout and stick to your healthy meal plan that we will go over within the group. You will be required to note that you completed your workouts, fueled your body and other progress along the way!

Tools Required: 21 Day Fix + Shakeology.

Boot Camp 201:

My Boot Camp 201 is for women who may have mastered the 21 Day Fix and still have weight to lose, AND for women who may have worked out in the past and want to tone and firm/get back in shape AND for women who may currently be working out but have hit a plateau and need a change. This will be a 4 week boot camp (beginning June 5th) that will take place in a private group you can access via an app on your phone! Each day, I will provide you with encouragement to finish your 30 minute workout and stick to your healthy meal plan that we will go over within the group. You will be required to note that you completed your workouts, fueled your body and other progress along the way. Optional running/sprinting plan can be added at your request.

PiYo Shake and Run:

My PiYo Shake and Run group is for women who are avid runners and are looking for a low impact way to incorporate strength training into their routine or looking to decrease their race times AND for any woman  looking to get back into running  or simply just love running and want a little something to shake it up. PiYo has been proven to help runners build necessary muscle to lean and lengthen your hamstrings, which is ideal for running! This will be an 8 week long boot camp ( Dates TBA) that will take place in a private Facebook group. Each day I will provide you with encouragement to finish your workout and run and stick to your healthy meal plan that we will go over in the group. You will be required to note that you completed your workouts, fueled your body and other progress along the way. Training plan will be included at your request.

Pregnancy Wellness 101

My pregnancy wellness 101 group is for women who are expecting their first, or fifth baby! AND for women who may have just had a baby and would like ongoing support with nutrition and fitness activities to support their changing body. This is an ongoing group and you can be added at any time per your request. This takes place in a private Facebook group. Each day I provide you with encouragement, motivation and/or healthy recipes. Meal plans and workout plans are available on request. You will be required to be an active member of the group and support each other no matter where you are in your pregnancy journey.
