Easy healthy pancakes!
Hello everyone!!
I'm back to share another recipe with ya'll...
Sorry it took so long to get this typed up; its been a busy week for us!
Between moving Vito to his 'big boy' room...and attempting to get him to sleep in his new bed, along with unpacking and getting baby stuff ready its just been crazy busy!
And P.S...its been super emotional thinking that V is old enough to be considered a 'big boy' WAHH...where in the heck does the time go?!
Anyhow these pancakes are super easy, Vito loves them! (of course what DOESN'T that boy love?! )

You can add a TSP of peanutbutter and a cup of berries/fruit to your liking! anyone else LOVE PB on their pancakes?! |
Protein Pancakes:
2 eggs-beaten
1/4 cup oatmeal (I just used a whole single packet of instant..it was a little over!)
1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology OR you can do chocolate! YUM!
1 TBSP Milk
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
Mix it up, and scoop 1/4 cup portions onto a griddle or hot pan.
For all of you 21DFers, it would be 1 red, 1/2 yellow and the number of TSP depend on how much PB or maple syrup you add!
Enjoy!
How many servings according to your container counts? Also, how many does this yield?
