Ahhh tis the season for SKINNY JEANS or maybe you like BOOTCUT (honestly still one my favorites!)
And I currently have TWO pairs of jeans that fit me due to my growing human in my belly but Hey! It is better than none right?!
Believe it or NOT it is that time again where I will be opening up slots for our 21 Day Monthly Fit Camp--and get excited because we are calling it #thejeansproject! Because well why not right?!
WHY the focus on 21 Days?! Did you know it takes 21 days to form a habit, and creating GOOD habits is what leads to a healthy lifestyle. And that is EXACTLY what we strive to help you and your family DO.
Consistency is KEY in those 21 days so I am super excited to announce to all of you a few days EARLY before word gets out to the rest of the people! We have limited slots and they fill up FAST. So COME join us for the next 21 days for a fun, effective, healthy and habit forming 21 days!!
