Spppooookkyyy--Halloween season getting the best of you?!

Halloween is JUST around the corner---who already has a sugar high from eating candy too early?! 

No worries--this is the perfect time for me to share my top 3 nutrition tips to help you stay on track and keep that belly bloat down! It is what I personally follow along with all the ladies in my tribe and everyone has amazing results!

1. HYDRATE! 
DRINK that water babes!  Did you know that the human body is over 70% WATER?! And more than half of us don't drink NEARLY enough! It will increase your metabolism, give you engery, help de-bloat AND you feel refreshed and lighter through your day! My favorite TIP is to drink 8-12 ounces upon waking--even before you chug the coffee--it will help you waek up and bring out of the 'fog'. Keep a water bottle with you!!! TIP: Drink HALF your body weight in ounces daily; example: a 140 lbs woman should have about 70-90 ounces of water a day. So get SIPPIN'!

2. SO many tasty, nutrient-packed foods will give you more energy, brain power, beauty from the inside out and a strong bod. I want you to focus on meals that make you feel your very best and limit foods that don't serve you (HINT, HINT, all that CANDY!--Do you REALLY want it?! Or is everybody else just happen to be eating it?! ) Steer CLEAR of fried foods and processes sugar foods are detrimental not only to your health and well being, but how well you will achieve your health and fitness goals.
TIP: Craving something sweet after dinner?! Reward yourself with some sparkling water, ginger tea or some fruity Kombucha. 

3. Eat your GREENS--- Lean , clean and green baby! Adding more veggies into your daily caloric intake will leave you feeling refreshed, recharged and hydrated. On average a person needs 4-6 one cup servings on a daily basis---Are you eating enough?! 
TIP: Cut up some raw veggies in the beginning of the week--plop them in to go bags with some hummus and they are easy to grab and go--!
