November to Remember!

Before having kiddos, exercise/workouts going for a run was simple; you could do it in the morning, after work, in the evening whenever you felt like it honestly! 🙇🏻

Than you had your first kiddo and your whole life changed. For the better obviously but you suddenly wonder HOW you had all that FREE time right?! 😭

And THEN along comes number two, three and four and you suddenly find yourself wondering if you brushed your teeth that morning, going to the bathroom alone, HA what is that, let alone a shower if you want one!🙈 getting out of the house without snot, breakfast food or what have you is a blessing and rarely happens!🙏🏻

As a busy parent focusing on your health & wellness seems like the LAST thing you can fit into your busy day, and I feel you! I'm living that life! But it is a CHOICE--with the Holidays coming up hubby and I are taking our wellness to a whole new level--family workouts; you don't need a lot of space or fancy equipment, just a desire to connect with your FAMILY
