How I Lost the Baby Weight

Hi Friends!! 

Just wanted to share an update with ya'll! 

2 months PP VS 6 Months PP
This is not a body back after baby post. 


This is a body that happens to be staying strong and healthy after growing three babies. 
This is a busy mother of three who has had three back to back pregnancies who is showing you what CONSISTENCY will provide for you. 👌🏼

I can remember taking that first picture on the left, looking at myself not knowing HOW I was ever going to start making a change; I could barely pull up my bathing suit bottoms. 👙Not even my high waisted pants felt comfy because I was stuffed in like a sausage. And now I had THREE little babies, not two but THREE, and honestly Four if you count my husband. ;) 


But I refused to let that be a discouragement. I made a choice.
Just SHOW UP—every day.
So I did🙏🏻
I had my tribe of ladies who were showing up everyday so I knew I had to keep showing up also. 


This is what 4 days of working out 🏋️
🍓Whole Foods diet and zero deprivation can do for you. Every BODY is different, so I can’t sit here and tell you what has worked for me will work for you. 👀

But I can tell you that if you keep showing up day after day, week after week your body will get stronger, your heart will grow stronger and so will your mental capacity so that you CAN handle your tiny tribe—whether that be 1,2,3 or more.

THIS is what a Momthlete is.🏋️
