Wondering how exactly I earn an income from home?
Thanks for your interest in learning more about what I do! As I am sure you have seen, there is never a
dull moment in my crazy mom life adventures. Regardless of that I have somehow managed to turn
my passion for health and wellness into a full time business--from my home, thanks to the world wide

My favorite part about what I do is that I can be a stay at home mom while pursuing a passion
OUTSIDE of #momlife. Building a business online gives you freedom of time. Freedom to choose how
you want to live your life and what your days will look like. You call the shots! Don’t get me wrong, you
have to hustle when you can and commit to utilizing any spare moment you have in order to create
consistency in your business. Consistency mean results, and results mean success!

Over the next 5 blog posts I am going to share with you how this company changed my life, from
the inside out. Before I found Team Beachbody I had just had my first son and suffering from
postpartum depression. My relationship with my spouse was suffering and I knew I had to do
something about it. I had always been a very active individual, playing sports my entire life and most
recently running long distance races. During my first pregnancy I ran over 500 miles to be exact.

I remember scrolling Facebook late one evening while nursing my boy when I saw a busy mother on
Facebook share that she was working on her health and earning an income at the same time.
Hmmmm...this seemed intriquing! I could not run distance right now, it was the dead of winter but I
NEEDED to workout and extra money wouldn’t hurt as I was taking unpaid maternity leave from my
teaching job.

I sent her a message and started googling these home workouts she was raving about and realized
that there were other mothers out there who quit their full time teaching careers in order to be home,
all because the made a descion to make time for them. I was hooked! I wanted this life too.

So when Team Beachbody came into my life, I took a chance (even though hubby was not so sure)
and its been the BEST damn thing I’ve done! Besides marrying my husband and my babies of course.

My passion and purpose in this life is empowering other busy mothers to do, be and feel their best.
