The SUPER BOWL is this weekend!!

Whoohoo..for any of you football fans...I have to say my favored team didn't quite make it too the BOWL this year but that won't stop me from watching it that is for sure!!

HEre is my weekly meal plan for the week with recipes included; I'm trying to get better at sharing that will ya'll; sometimes I just run out of time!

*Meat is the size of my palm
*If I have a salad I usually have some crackers with it for a ‘crunch’—I usually buy Plain Trisciuts or the lightly salted ones.
*I usually am hungry before bed and have the yogurt; some nights I am not and opt out.
*I try to drink HALF my body weight in OUNCES in water DAILY.
*Veggies I usually eat about 1.5-2.5 cups; depending on how many I’ve had in the day; I aim for 4-5 cups daily
*Starch portions I aim for about ¾ cup per serving.
