Will you be the 80% or the 20%?


Hey Hey Hey! 

If you follow me on social media you may have seen me share an exciting opportunity coming up that is starting January FIRST.

I know I know, who can even THINK that far ahead with Christmas only a week away--I GET it! There is SO much going on right now, holiday parties, shopping, wrapping, some weird viruses, the kids are going crazy--we are all experiencing some kind of CRAZY one way or the other. 


Which is why I wanted to reach out--because YOU are important too!
I CANNOT stress the value of taking care of YOU this time of year enough---it is so easy to put everything else to forefront and forget about why yourself in the process.

This is supposed to be a HAPPY time--family gatherings, sledding, hot cocoa, lights, tree decorating, cookie baking, gift giving---don't let the joy be stolen from the moment because you choose not to prioritize yourself first. It IS possible because I am doing it; all the ladies in my TRIBE are doing it and I KNOW you WANT to do---so WHY aren't YOU?!

If you have a plan to re-start coming January 1st--I get it; the majority of people do! BUT did you know 80% of resolutions FAIL by the time February comes around?! AHHHH--HOw can that BE?!

Because the way people go ABOUT it is ALL WRONG. They set HIGH goals, give themselves too little time, have no support and then give up. The #1 resolution is HEALTH orientated--and instead of making smaller more manageable goals such as learning HOW to eat, HOW to exercise, how to make health a LIFESTYLE--they focus on short term weight loss and dieting. Diets do not work. You have to take small manageable goals and work at them everyday!

  • How to fuel before and after a workout
  • Daily support, motivation, and a new mindset about making health and wellness a LIFESTYLE.
  • Each week will focus on Leg, Bum, Total Body Core, Cardio Core, Flow and AAA (Arms, Abs and A**)
