3 Ways to Cut Processed Foods From Your Diet

Hello Friends!!

This is me burning of my processed foods--kidding kid, cutting processed foods makes you have more energy!

Hope you all are having a great week!

To follow up with a Live video I shared last week I wanted to share with you some things you can start today to cut processed foods from your diet. Because whether you want to believe it or not if you are eating many processed foods--your killing yourself. And we don't want to rush that any more than we have too am I right?!

So if you'd like to watch my live--catch that here.

Otherwise here is the list:
3 Ways to Cut Processed Food from your Diet:

1. Cut out the CHIPS, CHEEZ-ITS, BLASTED FLAVOR GOLDFISH & So forth.
Replace with Triscuits OR Popcorn! And NO not the flavored Smartfood Popcorn, but just plain, airpopped popcorn. SkinnyPop is a great brand or pop your own! I really like these kernals.

2. Cut the SODA, sugary drinks and Gatorade. They are full of FAKE, man made sugar and this is what is killing our bodies slowly from the inside out. THIS is what is going to clock you up hardcore and cause your body to start failing you.
SO a few of my favorite things to use instead is a seltzer water called LaCroix, it is SO tasty and if you need some bubbly this is the cleanest way to do so! There is also a soda like beverage named Zevia. They have flavors like Coke and Root-beer.

3. BREAKFAST FOODS--No more of those prepackaged poptarts, muffins or frozen egg mcmuffins OK? If you want an egg sandwhich MAKE IT from home. If you like muffins MAKE them yourself! This is one my favorite recipes to use, kid friendly and you can make a large batch of them to freeze so they last all week, just pop them out and into the toaster or microwave for you and your kiddos.
Hard Boiled Eggs is another great option, Prep ahead of time, then in the morning you can smoosh onto a slice of toast with salsa, a little mayo or whatever you prefer.
You can also make SMOOTHIES. Easy, filling and healthy. This is my favorite mix to use for smoothies for my kiddos, we have one almost every morning.

So there you have it!
What are you going to start today to eliminate processed foods from your diet?!

Remember small steps ya'll, replace one thing everyday for a week before you start something else, its the small things over time that add up big!

XO
