Time to say Thank You!
Hey there!!
Hope your new year is going well---I'm sure most of you are back to work; hopefully feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!
This is part Two of my Self Love Diet I want everyone to do this week--so if you happen to know someone who could benefit make sure you pass it on. (Read Part 1 Here) watch my Live Replay Here
If you were able to thank your body this week, for bringing you to this exact moment in time--yay! So proud of you!! That is only the FIRST step however; today we will focus on Embracing ALL that your body has provided for you--and think back to your younger years, maybe you were a athlete, a dancer, gymnast, or played an instrument. Maybe you currently use your body in different ways to complete your current job as a mother, nurse, teacher, chef, baker military personnel or Doctor. Regardless of your past, Im certain you can think of something that your body has done that made you proud.
EMBRACE that moment, and send those happy energy vibes back into your body to continue to create that self-love. See here is the thing, as time goes on, we let society play a part in how our bodies SHOULD look, or be or do. We come so far from our actual being becaus we focus all our energy tuning out from what we really need. What our BODIES really need.
So regardless of what has happened in the past until this very moment, embrace all the positives your body has given you--and focus on that! From here on out you will continue that cycle of self-love by treating your body with kindness in your thoughts, actions and words and know that it's OK to want to make changes, but it has to come from a place of love--not hate!
I hope you all know how special you are; and that YOU have the power to change if you want too. You are the only one who determines your present state.
Thanks for reading!
