Welcome back for LOVE YO' SELF DAY 2 Gorgeous!!

What book did you pick out?! Don't forget to get your 10 minutes in today too!

Today I want you to GET OUTSIDE! 
Take 10-30 minutes today and get out for a walk. If it happens to be super cold out bundle up and breathe in that fresh cold air for a solid 10 minutes--I promise you won't freeze to death! And your lungs and body will thank you. 

Take in all the sights and sounds--hopefully you can surround yourself with some nature sounds, don't look at your phone! Just enjoy the surroundings around you, listen for the birds, look at the clouds--that kinda thing. Bring back your inner kid! 

Being outside in nature daily can be relaxing, reduce stress and keep you grounded IF you focus on the beauty around you. IF you REALLY cannot get outside, walking on a treadmill would suffice--turn on some nature sound relaxation music and let your mind wander.
